設定によって、所定外時間の算出ルールは大きく変化します。
雇用区分設定<\/strong>や、パターン設定<\/strong>によって変化する部分が大きいため、お客様ごとに確認が必要です。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

また「所定外」時間について理解するためには、関連項目として、「所定」時間、「残業」時間についての理解が必要です。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

所定時間<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

スケジュールパターン、またはシフトによって定められる労働時間となります。
「09:00～18:00（休憩1時間）」のようなスケジュールパターンを割り当てている場合、所定労働時間は、8時間となります。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

スケジュールパターンの割り当てがおこなわれていない場合は、残業開始時間までが所定労働時間となります。<\/p>\n\n\n\n
