原因<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Myレコーダー画面に表示されている時刻は、端末の時刻となります。
打刻後、タイムカードに反映される時刻はオフィスステーション BD4275サーバーで参照している「日本標準時」にて反映されます。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

そのため、打刻した時刻とタイムカード画面の時刻が異なる場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ネットワーク接続不良などで即時タイムカードに反映できなかった場合<\/strong>
端末側のネットワーク接続不良などで打刻できなかった場合、未送信データとして端末に保存されます。
ネットワークの接続復旧後、その未送信データをタイムカードに反映します。
そのため、タイムカード画面に表示される時刻は、打刻時の端末の時刻が反映されます。<\/p>\n\n\n\n
