既存の有休残数<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

雇用区分を変更しても、付与済みの有休残数が自動的に減らされることはありません。
残数はそのまま保持され、新しい雇用区分でも引き続き使用可能です。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

有給休暇付与機能における次回付与の挙動<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

次回付与日や付与日数は、勤続年数（入社日からの経過）と、新しい雇用区分の有休付与関連設定に従って再計算されます。
※<\/mark>従業員別有休付与設定機能<\/span> <\/span><\/mark><\/a>を設定している場合はそちらが優先して適用されます。
※「入社日」は雇用区分変更後も維持されます。<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

・例：雇用区分の変更によって週の所定労働日数が3日から5日に変更された場合、次回付与は週5日基準の
　　　日数が付与されます。
