タイムレコーダーで打刻を行う際は、「出勤」や「退勤」のボタンを選択した後で認証情報を読み取ります。その際のボタン動作について、以下の画面で設定が可能です。

設定［組織<\/strong>］＞［タイムレコーダー設定］<\/strong>＞「基本タイムレコーダー設定」または「所属別タイムレコーダー設定」の［編集］＞ 表示設定の［打刻ボタン設定<\/strong>］右横の［編集］より設定できます。

選択肢として表示されている『都度選択動作』『モード動作』とは、それぞれ以下の動きとなります。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

都度選択動作<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

「出勤」や「退勤」のボタンを選択し打刻した後、「待機中モード」に戻ります。次に打刻する従業員は、「出勤」「退勤」の選択を再度行う必要があります。

「出勤」を打刻する従業員、「退勤」を打刻する従業員が、同じ時間帯に混在するような場合に適した設定です。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

モード動作<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

「出勤」や「退勤」のボタンを一度選択すると、打刻を行った後でも「出勤」「退勤」が選択された状態が維持されます。

「出勤」を連続して打刻するなど、各従業員の勤務時間帯が同じような場合に適した設定です。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

基本タイムレコーダーの設定に従う<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

所属別タイムレコーダーの設定をする際にのみ表示される選択肢です。
