各種タイムレコーダーをお使いのお客様で、タイムレコーダー起動時や、新しいPCへのインストールを行う際、接続文字列以外に「証明書」を求められることがあります。

その場合は、以下の手順にて証明書の登録をお願いいたします。

証明書の発行<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1、設定 ＞ 組織 ＞ タイムレコーダー設定 ＞ 該当の所属の [Ξ] ＞  [タイムレコーダーURL送信] より、【ステップ4】証明書表示URL に記載されているURLにアクセスします。<\/strong>
※パスワード認証打刻の場合は【ステップ3】証明書表示URL となります。<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\r\n

2、アクセス先にて証明書情報（赤枠内の文字列）をコピーします。<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\r\n

3、タイムレコーダーの証明書入力欄にコピーした文字列を貼り付けて設定します。<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\r\n

4、登録が完了いたしますと、タイムレコーダーが起動します。
