オフィスステーションで住民税特別徴収対象の従業員を管理するために設定した受給者番号を削除し、「未設定」の状態に戻す方法について、ご説明します。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

受給者番号の削除<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ダウンロードしたCSVファイルを使用し、受給者番号を削除します。システム画面上から直接、従業員一名ごとの削除はできませんのでご留意ください。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

※利用者管理にて「住民税通知書の公開の利用」が不可となっている場合、［住民税通知書の公開］のメニューは<\/mark>
　表示されません。<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n


［従業員マイページ］＞［住民税通知書の公開］＞［住民税通知書の公開］をクリックします。
「オフィスステーション Pro」をご利用の場合、対象の顧問先をクリックします。<\/p>\n\n\n\r\n

受給者番号を削除する従業員の「選択」列(①<\/mark>)にチェックし、［受給者番号設定］(②<\/mark>)をクリックします。<\/p>\n\n\n\r\n

「空欄セルの取込方法」(①<\/mark>)に「既存データを空欄に置き換える」を選択します。
［ファイル選択］(②<\/mark>)をクリックし、保存したCSVファイルを選択、［アップロード］(③<\/mark>)をクリックします。<\/p>\n\n\n\r\n
